What is Paw Five's return policy?
We're offering a no questions asked 30 day return policy of the shipping date. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

Simple 3 Step Return Process
  1. Contact us at support@paw-five.com with the subject line "Return" and your Order ID
  2. Send us the product with the provided return address
  3. We'll issue your refund after receiving the product
When will I get my refund?
Once we've received and processed your return, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within two business days. Depending on your payment processor, it might take up to 7-15 days before your refund is complete.

EXCHANGES

Can I exchange my order?
Yes! Please follow our 3 Step Exchange procedure below!

Simple 3 Step Exchange Process
  1. Contact us at support@paw-five.com with the subject line "Exchange" and your Order ID
  2. Tell us which products you're sending back and which product including size/color you want to exchange for
  3. Send us the products and when we receive them we'll send you back the replacement!
When do I get my exchanged item?
We'll ship your exchanged item within 2 days after receiving and processing your return. Exchanged items will be shipped via FREE Standard Shipping which will take 5-7 days to receive.
